Everything is energy! Our bodies, minds, thoughts and emotions are all composed of energy which is constantly interacting with the energy of everything and everybody around us. The stress and pressures of day-to-day life can easily push us off balance negatively affecting our emotional and physical health, the ways we think, act, and respond, as well as influencing our moods, attitudes and beliefs.
However, when our personal energies are running through us clearly and without obstruction, the result is a sense of lightness, freedom, joy, abundance and well-being.And in this presentation, you can learn some easy and gentle ways of achieving this.
Sally will demonstrate and lead you through a simple set of techniques which help you to move, smooth and generally re-balance your energies. All of the techniques are easily executed and require no previous training or experience. You will find that surprisingly little effort is required to change your energy flow in ways which can enhance your mood, generally make you feel good and increase your overall vitality.
Originally trained as an actress, Sally’s interest in alternative therapy and personal development began many years ago and ran in tandem with her professional theatrical career. She is a Reiki Master/Practitioner and an Advanced Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) therapist. In addition, she is also an EmoTrance Practitioner, an Endorphin Technique Trainer and a Meditation Teacher.
