The first ever published book in Swedish written by Swedes that covers detailed instructions for using EFT, EmoTrance and TAT was published in July this year (2010). The title of the book is “EFT, Emotional Freedom Techniques – metoden som gör skillnad för stress, hälsa, smärtor, framgång, relationer och …” That translates to “EFT – a tool that makes a difference for stress, health, pain, success, relationships and ...” The authors are Ann-Sofi and Kjell Forsberg, AMT Trainers and EmoTrance Trainers, MSc and biologists.

The reviews have been very positive independent of the reviewers background. The authors intention was to make user-friendly Energy Psychology techniques available to all interested, in a format that would be easily understood. The authors have also included three chapters that gives the scientific background.
The basic instructions of how to use EFT, TAT and EmoTrance are of course covered. Heart-Focus with feelings of gratitude are described with reference to their relative importance compared to the much greater effect that eg EFT has. Energy exercises inspired from the work of Donna Eden are described and explained.
IT'S ALL ABOUT STRESS is a section that explains why almost everything can be viewed as stress that can be measured as an imbalance in the autonomic nervous system.
