EFT Introduction with Peter Delves

On this half-day EFT Introduction (Friday morning) you will learn the fundamentals of EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) and how to use it.

Ideal for beginners, the practical workshop combines input from Peter, demonstrations and practise. This means that you will have a self-help tool to address negative emotions such as fear, anxiety, frustration, dread and despair.

You will learn:

• Where EFT comes from and how it developed
• Why the tapping treatment on acupuncture points can produce lasting change
• How to use the original EFT ‘basic recipe’
• How to tune in clearly to the problem before using the EFT tapping sequence
• What to look for if things don’t work initially

Peter Delves has been pioneering EFT training in the UK since 1999 and has been instrumental in training and guiding of new trainers on behalf of the AMT. Peter is highly respected for his  training style and effective work with clients and has been a frequent and popular guest presenter at the European Energy Psychology Conference from 2002 to date.
