EFT is an energy-psychology therapy that uses some of the same meridians as acupuncture but is needle-free and can easily be used and adapted for yourself and others. If you enjoy level 1 and you have success with yourself, family and friends - you can go onto Level 2, Practitioner training which will enable you to help your clients in times of overwhelm or when they get stuck in an emotional state which they cannot seem to let go of. Currently, EFT is becoming more widely used and accepted in the health sector. There are many cases of EFT being used in hospitals in the US, and its use in hospitals in the UK is rising. It is well known for its effectiveness helping those with PTSD.
