This weekend workshop allows plenty of time for hands on experience.  You will leave feeling relaxed and confident knowing that you have a tool for working with life’s challenges. This workshop is for learning how to use the power of TAT for yourself. 

 

For professionals, this weekend allows you to personally experience the benefits of working with energy psychology as you work on clearing your own limiting beliefs and stress. We will be working in a group as well as individually. Some of the issues we will be working on include, healing your stress, traumas, and relationships. This workshop also fulfills the requirement of a Basics training for those working towards the TAT Professional Certification. On-going supervision/mentoring can be arranged with Heather.

 

I am a Certified TAT Trainer, and have studied with the Founder of TAT, Tapas Fleming. I have been using TAT with my clients since 2003, and I am still amazed at the transformations that take place.

 

I have been training and mentoring therapists in the use of energy psychology techniques for the past 7 years.
