This one day workshop is the perfect introduction to EFT, incorporating all Gary Graig’s basic Emotional Freedom Techniques principles. Just the thing for working on yourself or helping your friends and family. EFT basic protocol is easy to learn and you will soon find you are confident to use the technique for a wide range of emotional issues.
There is plenty of opportunity to practice during the day.
This workshop is a prerequisite for Level 2/AMT Meridian Energy Practitioner training.
