This is the entry level course for EFT and introduces newcomers to the basic foundations of EFT for use on yourself or family to resolve negative emotions such as guilt, anger or fear and lays the groundwork for future professional trainings.
It is open to anyone who has an interest in acquiring some skills in this area and will be of particular benefit to therapists, teachers, social workers.

You will receive an attendance certificate from The Association for Meridian Energy Therapies
This workshop also includes all the Level 1 content which was previously approved by Gary Craig the founder of EFT before he initiated his own certification program.
This course is a prerequisite for Practitioner of Meridian Energy Therapies/EFT Level 2.
This workshop should entitle you to CPD points, but please check your relevant governing body.
