[MT] Questions

I may work with an athletic team.

My questions are about the Gary procedure where he taps on the head, then
wrists, then ankles.

When I saw him do it, he tapped the wrists against each other, but someone
wrote that they (and the ankles) should be tapped separately- what do people
think?

Also, can they be done separately from each other, ie will it do any good to
just tap the wrists or ankles, or even head, but not all in sequence.

 I ask this, because I would like to teach them something they could do
during a game without attracting too much attention.
