Having never met you, beyond this posting, I'm operating
under certain limitations. Excess worry=excess earth and
stomach/spleen. As to why earth is in excess, is the fire
element (heart/small intestine) too prominent, creating too
much earth.

In my estimation, there are numerous treatment options
available. Dietary issues for stomach/spleen are certainly
one option, to minimize the overworked earth element. There
is also, within taoism or alchemy the practice of 6 healing
sounds, to purge the excess earth and worry. If you are
more of a physical oriented individual, there are also
movements popularized in yoga, shiatsu, and the like which
will elongate the stomach/spleen meridian, to again
minimize the excess earth. From the gemstone side of
treatment there is carrying and/or wearing Aventurine,
Lepidolite, Amethyst, or Amazonite. Walnut flower essence
is extremey beneficial during times of change, while Oak
can be stabilzing. Chinese herbalist would recommend the
use of bai zi yang xin wan. From the TFT and/or EFT
treatment side...I'm still a babe in the woods, however
treatments will be more effective when applied early in the
day.

So are you saying I should trace or flush my stomach/spleen
meridian? I know how to do that but I was thinking more on
the lines of EFT to get rid of the worry all together.<BR>
