HI Frances, nobody else has said anything, so I don't know what the problem is. If anyone out there knows perhaps they could tell me, but this is the first time I have heard of this.   i don't understand the mechanics of the computer too well, but for some reason your posts force my computer to connect up and go on line.
  i don't know if anyone else is having this same problem - time on line costs money.
