As I wrote the book I'm probably the best one to answer that question!

It's classic EFT and is what helped me go outside for the first time
alone without panicking within a couple of hours of learning the
technique.

The new edition of the ebook also has an expanded chapter on EmoTrance
which came along 4 years after I had cured myself with EFT and which
has proved a very valuable additional technique for others I have
helped to full recovery so deserved a huge mention.

And it's going to be out in paperback too very soon in a handy size
for your pocket or bag and with a quick checklist in the back for
easy reference.
