So many misunderstandings spring up in families from little things, thoughtless words or actions that turn into big things that surprise us with their negative energy, anger and resentment. Use this session to make a list of all your current family and family history issues and include them "in the bundle." May we bring peace to our extended families.

 
Make a list of all your current thoughts and feelings that are limiting and negative. Write and don't edit. Allow everything to come forward and be represented in your list without changing it one bit, no matter how big, small or stupid you might think it sounds.
 
When doing work with TAT in a group, we all put what we want to work on into the pot, or bundle - either silently or aloud. Then, we make the intention that the healing is being done for each of us individually and for our family, and that we're also working on behalf of everyone else in the group, and for all those who listen to the recording at any time. This intention means that none of us is carrying his or her problem alone. We're all holding the bundle together and we share in the healing that follows.
 
 
Most people feel the power of Group TAT in immediately lightening their emotional stress and helping them quickly and easily feel better. Our wishes can include everything we want – our own personal wishes for things we want to have, do and be and how we'd like to manifest Abundance. We'll envision and feel our wishes as true in the present moment as we do TAT together.
