Hi all,

just finished a rather interesting session with a weightloss person.

Here's the progression of the set up statements. I was really blown away by
this.

Imagine the Even though etc stuff around these statements.

I am always so hungry.

I am always starving

I am starving for love

I don't know how to receive love

I don't know how to love
(halfway through, client shook head and said, "It isn't true. I know. I do
know". and started to cry bitterly)

I am so afraid of love

I am terrified of love

I can't control love.

That last one was a seismic shift. Best I can describe it.

Wow.
