We offered the public the opportunity to try out EFT for themselves at the Brighton Mind, Body & Soul Exhibition.

The techniques presented in this workshop excel in areas of stress reduction and emotional healing and are fast becoming recognised for their powerful yet gentle nature in dissolving tension, negative emotional states and physical pain. EFT is sometimes referred to as emotional acupressure; like acupressure and acupuncture, it works by impacting directly into the body's meridians, restoring the energy flow and promoting healing and well-being.

The added advantage of EFT being that it is safe and simple to apply for yourself.

Tapping for self-help...

One of the things that delights me most about EFT is that it is so easy to learn and apply - the vast majority (i.e. 80-90%) of the people who attended this introductory experience reported positive results when joining in with the demos and group exercises.

This gentleman could only lift his arm a few inches away from the side of his body on the morning of the Brighton show.

Here he is after learning basic EFT and applying it for just a couple of minutes.

Hands up who got some relief here...

As part of our workshop we decided to teach the participants the EFT shortcut for relief from physical pain. I invited anyone with any discomfort or tension in there body to come up and join me for a demo... and up came about 20 people!!

Thanks to the open hearted souls who joined us for this great EFT experience and to Natural Healing UK for organizing a most inspiring exhibition attended by over 3,000 people on the Saturday alone.
