I see each of us as unique individuals. Sometimes we may have the answers we need, but it can be difficult to find these answers as they may be so locked away. My role as your therapist is to create a safe space to help you work through any issues and to empower you to achieve the outcome you desire.

Some of the issues I work with include stress within the workplace, anxiety, feelings of low self esteem, relationship difficulties, anger, loss, grief, feelings of isolation, depression and also physical issues such as pain management, issues around food, fertility and many more.

I am a fully qualifed Master Practitioner of Emotional Freedom Technique, Practitioner in CBT and a Reiki Master and have been practicing therapy for over 20 years. 

I have a passion about the work I do, as I empower people to accept, and fully understand the joys and benefits of taking responsibility for their own health and well being.
