Since 2001 Anne has been in regular training using different psychotherapeutic models including Transactional Analysis, Body Psychotherapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, also as a clinical supervisor.
Anne currently works with an agency which specialises in drug and alcohol addiction where she trains and supervises counsellors .
Anne also uses Tai Chi, Chakra work, meditation and visualisation. Annes interests in spirituality are in Shamanism and Buddhism which positively influences the way she works.
Anne also attends regular clinical supervision and workshops to continue her own personal development.
