I have over 20
years of professional training experience both in Human Resources
and in Complementary Health. I have worked professionally in complementary
health since 2001 in private practice and within the NHS.
Cognitive Hypnotherapy and NLP provide me with skills and
understanding to treat health from a mind perspective and
Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) from the body. My work focuses
on preventative health as much as working with established health
issues.
I trained at the Quest Institute and am a member of the National Council of
Hypnotherapy and am bound by their code of ethics. My
therapeutic education began ten years ago after completing a
three year Shiatsu diploma training. I
acquired further qualifications to practice acupuncture for
common ailments, ear
acupuncture
and to teach Chi
Kung. I
incorporated energy
therapies
into this body of work. I maintain a hypnotherapy practice in
Ealing and Highgate and also work for an organisation which
offers clients integrated natural solutions for preventative
healthcare and well being.
