Catherine Dixon: BA (Hons), HPD Dip. NLP Prac, Cog Hyp MNCH Catherine Dixon is a therapist and self development teacher known for successfully helping clients raise physical, emotional and mental energy levels to achieve their personal goals. She has been in professional practice since 2001. After several years working in blue chip organisations in corporate training and IT recruitment, Cathy now works within the NHS, other public bodies as well as private practice. She draws together her knowledge of communication, teaching, and holistic health into a practical, compassionate and intuitive approach to well-being.

Catherine lives in West London with her sons Louis (14) and Alistair (12) and in her spare time enjoys theatre, dancing and independent film.

Qualifications

Catherine trained in Cognitive Hypnotherapy at the Quest Institute and is a registered member of the National Council of Hypnotherapy, the General Hypnotherapy Register and the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council. She is a member of the NHS Directory of Complementary and Alternative Practitioners (No 6378). Catherine holds qualifications in several therapeutic disciplines. She is also on the board of Directors for the past and Future Life Society. She graduated in Shiatsu in 2001 and acquired further qualifications to practice acupuncture and auricular acupuncture. She is Chi Kung teacher (London College of Chi Kung). She is an EFT practitioner and a licensed trainer of EFT and Meridian Energy Therapies, and runs post-graduate training programmes in London and the UK for therapists while also a clinical supervisor for the Ear Acupuncture Register.
