I am an experienced personal life coach having qualified in 2001 and work from my base in West Byfleet, Surrey. In 2010 I made the decision to include Emotional Freedom Techniques (known as EFT) in my coaching practice as I could see the benefits that were available to my clients from this amazingly simple and effective therapy. I am now a Certified Practitioner of the Association for Meridian Therapies (AMT). The skilful combination of personal development coaching with Emotional Freedom Techniques is a powerful method of obtaining clarity, moving forward to achieving goals and removing the emotional blocks that sometimes prevent successful outcomes. Coaching and EFT work equally well separately or together and can be conducted in either face to face sessions (in Surrey) or over the telephone from anywhere in the UK. I find working over the telephone to be equally effective as face to face consulting so do not worry if you cannot travel. In some instances telephone coaching or telephone sessions of EFT are considered to be more "time effective" for busy people.
