Originally from an investment banking and IT background, I trained in Cognitive Hypnotherapy at the Quest Institute, where I also trained as an NLP Master Practitioner. I have a full time practice in North West London, and specialise in helping people stop smoking permanently (I stopped myself with hypnotherapy and that begun my interest in therapy in the first place!).

I also help people (including therapists) to improve their work or business life using a powerful combination of therapy and solution focused coaching as well as running self-development courses and workshops to enable people to gain control of their own lives.
