I have been a
qualified social worker for over two decades, latterly as a local
government manager in the Lothians.
More recently I
have become interested in complementary therapies. I have short
course qualifications in Reiki, Indian Head Massage,
Thermo-Auricular Therapy, Reconnective Healing and Meridian
Therapies as well as ITEC Diplomas in Aromatherapy and Body
Massage. I teach Indian Head Massage, Reiki and Introduction to
Aromatherapy Massage.
GENERAL
An appointment
will usually be for one hour, including consultation and changing
time. Some sessions will be a little longer or shorter, depending
on the nature of the problem.
During
treatment you are fully clothed, except Aromatherapy and
Therapeutic Massage where oils are used on the skin (You will be
covered in towels, apart from the immediate area being treated).
Treatments are
given at my home in Fairmilehead, South Edinburgh.

Treatments are
normally given only in the evening and at weekends.
The cost is
£30 per one hour session (Unwaged: 80%), payable on
arrival. A block of 4 sessions costs £100 (concession =
£80)
Training costs:
Indian Head Massage £200; Reiki 1 £75; Reiki 2 £150;
Reiki Advanced £200; Reiki Master £250
Introduction to Aromatherapy Massage £50 (Unwaged: 80%).
