Denise began her career in Complementary Therapies in the 1980's, offering Reflexology,  Healing (Full Member of the National Federation of Spiritual Healers) and Reiki (Reiki Master). Theta DNA Healing, Natural Nutrition.

During the past few years she has studied in the field of psychotherapy, gaining qualifications in Neuro-linguistic Programming, Counselling , Advanced Training in Meridian-based Psychotherapy & Counselling and a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Hypnosis.

Denise is a full member of the British Society of Clinical Hypnosis. She has a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Hypnosis. She has also continued to expand her knowledge by attending the London College of Clinical Hypnosis Master classes. She has attended over 15 Master classes to gain more insight into subjects such as Stress Management, Goal Directed Therapy, Psycho-neuro-immunology, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder & Trauma, Managing Hypertension and Smoking Cessation to name but a few.

The techniques that Denise has learned facilitate an understanding and release of ineffective patterns of behaviour, freeing the individual from their anxietes and negative beliefs, working towards attaining well-being and the assimilation of new and positive effective beliefs.

Clients are guided through a process to determine what they desire, what may be blocking them, and how to actualise their goals.
