I specialise in problematic relationships with food, people and the workplace. I Have particular interest in the obstacles to being fully alive such as procrastination and lack of motivation for day to day life.

I can help professionals, especially lawyers, who suffer from work-related anxiety such as pre-trial nerves, loss of confidence in professional judgement, post-opinion remorse or 'ostrich' files.

I am experienced in running groups and can organise bespoke weight-loss, anxiety management or other programmes for groups, businesses or individuals.
