I am an experienced counsellor/psychotherapist and integrate meridian energy therapies into my work.  I offer short term focussed counselling for specific issues including phobias, trauma, anxiety, addictions and depression as well as offering ongoing psychotherapy. 

As an experienced trainer and supervisor, I also offer individual and group coaching to enhance personal/professional development, performance and wellbeing.
 
I am also a qualified riding instructor with an interest in sports psychology and work with people who would like to increase confidence or overcome trauma associated with their sport.
