Helen is a former school teacher and staff development trainer. She has been
working with energy therapies since 2000 and is keen to ensure that their
benefits are made available to as wide an audience as possible. Consequently,
she takes a very down-to-earth, 'no nonsense' approach to each of the therapies
she uses and teaches. She has a UK-wide client base, both private and corporate,
and she has taught energy work to a variety of students, ranging from interested
individuals to health-care professionals.
Helen has studied all of Gary Craig's training courses, and continues to develop
her skills in Meridian Therapies and many other forms of energy work. She is a
Reiki Master, 8th in line to Mikao Usui, and although originally trained by the
Reiki Alliance, considers herself to be an Independent Master as her Reiki
teaching has evolved and grown in line with her own personal development.
Helen teaches EFT, Reiki and Energy Work, as well as a range of Personal
Development classes. She offers treatments in EFT and Reiki, and provides
confidential emotional support.
