EFT Master and Trainer (Specialist in Trauma Care)

Lucy is currently based near Portsmouth U.K. where she runs regular Tapping groups for adults who've experienced fear and trauma; she also runs Healing groups teaching Dr Silvia Hartmann's innovative new 'Heart and Soul' method of EFT which delivers deeper, faster healing in a gentle yet powerful way and transforms complex problems into easily manageable and understandable pointers to a pathway towards better health, wealth and peace in your life.

Lucy is a certified Master Hypnotherapist and has been a member of the UK Guild of Hypnotist Examiners since 1997. She has been an EFT Practitioner since 2002 and has recently qualified (2011) as an EFT Master Practitioner and Trainer. Lucy has trained with Hypnotist Paul McKenna; NLP originator Richard Bandler; EFT Founder Gary Craig; Dr Silvia Hartmann-doyenne and originator of many respected and accredited energy therapies; and has attended the workshops and trainings of many lesser known but equally influential world class trainers i.e. Donna Eden, Wilf Proudfoot etc.

Lucy has spent the greater part of her adult life exploring 'how people work' and concluded that we are all powered by an individual, yet unifying life force that we are not consciously aware of in our everyday regular interactions. Several 'Energists' have evolved that belief and taught [us] how we create energy blockages in our personal energy system, which creates ill health and mental distortions in our physical lives. Dr Hartmann’s recent work 'EFT the Heart and Soul Protocol' has catapulted our knowledge of the energy system as a whole, into a 21st century understanding of the intrinsic value of these subtle energies on our physical health, mental stability and our capability to thrive in the physical world that we live in. Using this kind of knowledge and her own experience, Lucy blends a big fat dollop of humour with a healthy respect for the very real situations and challenges that people face in their lives and creates and environment where people can safely explore and evolve their problems, their fears, their dreads and their doubts. Lucy is an excellent guide and mentor and an inspirational trainer in the energy field; she has a special affinity and understanding of trauma, which reflects, in her approach and in her interactions with the people that she meets and works with.
