• By releasing the blocks that limit you and the emotions that hold you, Sarah enables you to fulfil your true potential. One sports client, who achieved gold medal and European Championship status, ascribes their success to working with Sarah on their psychological game.
• Sarah is an International Trainer and Presenter and is the first person in the world to be certified as an Energy Health Practitioner by ACEP. Sarah specialises in working with Trauma. In 2007, she received the ACEP Humanitarian award for training medical professionals and earthquake survivors in Pakistan in techniques for treating Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.

Sarah is the regional coordinator in Ireland for ACEP.
