Vic believes that energy flow at the organizational level follows the same rules as personal energy flows.  Structural or inter-personal blockages in the company will create an unhealthy and low performance workplace.  This not only affects the organization's creativity and morale, but has deleterious knock-on effects on the lives of the people who work inside it and on their families and social interactions. 

With many years of global industrial experience and working with major global brands to enhance internal dialogue, Vic applies energetic principles to de-blocking corporate barriers to communication.  He also works with victims of organizational stress - both managers and workers - to improve their own lives and the lives of those with whom they interact at work.
