  It was my first practice session by myself with EmoTrance and am surprised because it is so unbelievably easy. I usually use EFT, but this was an issue EFT had not been able to reach.  

Yes, the "Introduction to EmoTrance" allowed me to sample EmoTrance and I had a really great experience of letting the energy flow where it needed to go accompanied by quite a release of tension as a result. This was a stressor that had been with me from the time I was a small child. I felt so good that I couldn't stop laughing, great big belly laughs from my core, for several minutes. It was my first practice session by myself with EmoTrance and am surprised because it is so unbelievably easy. I usually use EFT, but this was an issue EFT had not been able to reach.
