  It was my first practice session by myself with EmoTrance and am surprised because it is so unbelievably easy. I usually use EFT, but this was an issue EFT had not been able to reach.

Today was my first experience of energy dancing – I let my body dance as it wished – I had not realised just how graceful, balanced, lithe, and sexy I can be when I get my inhibitions & pre-conceptions out of the way of dancing.

As a bonus, my body has safely stretched muscles and areas of the body that probably haven’t moved since I was a child, AND I can balance on one leg in all manner of positions ….. How fabulous is that!

This is incredibly powerful magic and I offer you, Silvia, my deepest thanks for what you have brought into the world with energy dancing.

The first time I did this outside on our patio and WOW, was I moving!

MET's are amazing!   I know that you all know how powerful it is, but I just wanted to pass on that EmoTrance can work wonders under very harsh circumstances, and work immediately.  

I work part time at a convenience store. Just before we closed, we were visited by a robber armed with a gun, who, not unsurprisingly, wanted to rob us!

The whole thing was over in a matter of minutes, and left us quite shaken. As the police were taking statements, I EmoTranced everything that came up, and found myself very calm and together. The others on the shift were not so lucky, and were very shaking and crying.

A student on the EmoTrance course decided to tackle the shield she had with her mother, who always used to grab her face and kiss her on the lips, right up to when she died, which made the student cringe and want to pull away !!!!!

I am continuing to use EFT both personally and within work. Clients and staff have been amazed. My daughter has recently passed a Theory driving test. I used EFT on my cravings for sugar and sweet things which always came up around 4 pm in the day. It was amazing. The cravings just disappeared. Spiders were a problem area for me - bringing on panic attacks at times. At first I couldn't even imagine a spider without feeling sick to my stomach, by the end of the EFT session we were in the porch and I was nearly close enough to pick one up! I was watching as my therapist touched it and made it move, and I didn't flinch. I still haven't picked up a spider, it's just not one of those things at the top of my 'to do' list! I’d had a big patch of ring worm on my leg for a few years. It was there on and off since I was about 8 and lately had got really angry. No natural aids helped and only lashings of fungicidal cream kept it down, only to flare up again when I eased off the treatment. A client called me up last week with high anxiety, which he’d had ever since witnessing a mass killing of passengers on a mini bus in a war zone 20 years ago. The client was a singer and model, age 27. She had great insecurity issues about her age, about whether she'll make it in music since she's getting older and because she's so insecure she cant go away from home and leave partner to do recording work. She also wanted to lose weight and saw her IBS as stopping her and her sugar & chocolate cravings. Well, yes, I'd say we certainly can. Or at least induce permanent remission.

One of our fine researchers recently put a list of 589 phobias on theamt.com for fun. And it's true, we've had quite a bit of fun with these already.

But I don't know why, it struck me how neat it would be to have at least
*one* case history per phobia to show that we can actually overcome all of them.

I don't know if its a fear but my favourite EFT story is about a man who
came to me via of his ex girlfriend. She said they broke up and he wouldn't let
