This is our experience of how we have used the energy dancing CD’s. We have developed a weight loss programme incorporating EmoTrance. We offer weekly sessions, one to ones and seminars. Our programme aims to tackle the root causes of weight issues and break the ongoing cycle of dieting.

We use the Energy Dancing in two parts of the programme. Firstly we play the inner child track after we have read a beautiful Heart Healing poem, and then close with the beach party.

We use the inner child track to begin to repair any damage to the self esteem and to help breakdown any blockages of sabotage whether it is from the person or by others. It really compliments the healing poem very well and helps them heal at a very deep level.

The beach party track is a fantastic, motivational and fun way to close the programme and set the intention for further healing long after session is over.

Both tracks add another dimension to the course, they enhance it, and help us indentify any blockages in order to soften and flow in a wonderful energizing and healing way.

We also recently had the CD’s playing at the start and appropriate places during our recent Self Help Workshop. Very useful!
