My starting point is the body with Reiki work to embrace the spiritual element together with the physical. Energy therapies unravel emotions and long held beliefs in the body to release and bring peace.

Also co-facilitate highly successful weightloss workshops for men and women - both intense weekend and seven week part-time courses using energy based therapies.
