Bringing a family together is a whole new experience using EFT Emotional Freedom Techniques and the group entity pattern.

All the group combines to tap for the whole group, thus avoiding any individual being singled out as a problem, or feeling left out of the process. This is a very bonding experience which really improves the flow of communication and love in a group as in this example shared by Kirsten Ellis from Yorkshire, UK.

We are pleased to say that our friends at the Canadian Energy Psychology Conference are now open for submissions for presenters at the 2012 event.

This, the 14th annual Conference, takes place on the 19th - 21st October 2012, and is highly recommended to our North American friends and members.

EFT Emotional Freedom Techniques, tapping on special energy points whilst tuning in to an emotional problem which needs to be released, is an energy technique. EFT is not hypnosis, it isn't witchcraft, it isn't psychology or a behavioural pattern interrupt, it isn't tissue massage or physiotherapy - EFT is an example of modern energy work.

Trying to deny this simple fact in order to gain "scientific acceptance" is not an option, as energy work is greatly influenced by intention and directed by conscious focus of attention.

Using EFT from the wrong mind set reduces its effectiveness; and conversely, when we apply EFT "with energy in mind," we put EFT in its rightful place in the treatment of the mind, body, spirit triad and we improve its effectiveness, power, ease of use immediately and noticeably.

We are pleased to welcome the world's first AMT EFT Master Practitioners to be qualified by the highly recommended Distance Learning Course.

Ryan DeMares from Colorado, USA and Dolores Andrew-Gavin from Galway, Ireland, both completed the course early in December, showing dedication and a real talent for EFT.

I recently taught a group of children how to tap. The children were aged between 5 – 9, two boys and three girls so we had a nice mix including a nice mix of personalities from quiet children to more outspoken children. Only one of the children had heard of EFT and most did not know what to expect. They arrived eager and giggling and as it was straight after school a little on the hungry side!

What's Matrix Reimprinting all about? Want to see a Matrix Reimprinting session?

This live session, filmed a few months ago, deals with an intense frog phobia. The session starts off with classic EFT - then uses one of the Matrix Reimprinting techniques to locate the traumatic event behind the phobia. Matrix Reimprinting is then used to get resolution on the traumatic event.

In a very high percentage of cases, traumatic events, regardless of their intensity and nature can be resolved within one session of Matrix Reimprinting.

Not only is it very quick and relatively painless, traumatic memories can be re-written as positive ones and negative beliefs made into new resourceful beliefs.
