Dr Silvia Hartmann is a founder of the Association For Meridian Energy Therapies and author of Adventures in EFT, Advanced Patterns of EFT, as well as TheAMT trainings designer.

In 2002, Dr Hartmann presented EmoTrance, a comprehensive system for working with movements in the energy body which are translated through the physical body into the experience of emotion.

In 2009, Dr Hartmann presented Events Psychology, a system of psychology that focuses on change events as the only correct places to target interventions in the context of energy psychology treatments.

Dr Hartmann is also the creator of Project Sanctuary, an advanced form of metaphor/energy work.
